SO, you think you are ready to be a puppy parent? If you feel you have done your homework on the costs associated with a new dog, have adequate living or yard space and some time that you can devote to training and bonding with your new friend you may go ahead and reserve one of our puppies! WAIT LIST: The wait list costs nothing. It is only to give us information so we may contact you if a litter occurs. When puppies are available, you will be contacted and choice of puppy is based on your position on the wait list. REFUND: If per chance something should happen to your puppy when you have placed a deposit, we will allow you to choose another available puppy, or you can simply have it refunded. If, however, you default and do not pick up your puppy (by pickup date), your deposit will be used to help locate a new home for the puppy. We do try to be reasonable and make allowances or give refunds for circumstances beyond your control (we honor a 48 hour refund policy). Pick-up and arrangements (Preferably Saturday and Sunday) Local pickup is preferred, and we like our puppies picked up when they are around 7-8 weeks old. They will be current with their shots, internal parasite treatment, etc. Also, we will provide a puppy kit. You will want to come prepared with a few towels and a crate for the ride home! Prior arrangements may also be made for us to meet you part of the way to your home. HEALTH WARRANTY We will provide a money back guarantee within 48 hours of possession should you not be satisfied with your puppy, providing he or she is returned to our home. When speaking to our new families, we are available for any and all questions. We encourage you to take your dog to the veterinarian, but any and all costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. His/her shots and internal parasite treatment will be up-to-date and current as of the pickup date. You will be provided health records. We hope that you will enjoy the new addition to your household as much as we have. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us, as we will try to assist you in any way possible; however, we will recommend that you follow the instructions of your personal veterinarian. OUR VISITATION POLICY Our dogs are part of our family and have a place in our home. We do our best to ensure they all receive appropriate care so we would like to limit outside traffic through our home and kennel as much as we can in order to minimize the potential of someone unintentionally tracking in diseases. We welcome only those seriously interested in a puppy to visit our nursery and to see the puppies' parents. Please remember it places stress on our little mothers when they have strangers come in to look at and handle their babies. Thank you for your understanding! |
